Follow the link in the email to create your new password.
Important: Use the same email tied to your current account. This ensures your past purchase history and account details are already available.
Log in to your new dashboard.
Shop & Checkout directly from your “Shop” dashboard.
Tip: From Sep 1–30, the old process is still available at checkout.zenlabswholesale.com, but onboarding now helps us improve your experience.

Q: I didn’t receive the setup email. What should I do?
A: Check your spam folder. If you still don’t see it, email zoho@zenlabswholesale.com.
Q: What happens to my old account and orders?
A: All your past purchase history and details are already in your new dashboard—as long as you use the same email.
Q: Can I still use the old checkout system?
A: Yes, until Sep 30, you can still check out via checkout.zenlabswholesale.com. After that, all orders must be made through the new portal.
Q: How do I get support?
A: Use the support panel inside your portal for a response within 48 hours. For urgent needs, email zoho@zenlabswholesale.com.
Q: Can I share feedback?
A: Yes! We encourage feedback to help us improve this BETA experience.
